TERMS OF SERVICE
The Terms define the rules of using the Website www.witbee.com, the rules for the provision of
Electronic Services as well as the rights and obligations of the Users. Using the Website or the
Electronic Services, the User declares that he has read these Terms, accepts its provisions and
undertakes to comply with them.

1.2. The Service Provider is the controller of the personal data processed in connection with the use
of the Website. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and on the basis of the
principles set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website. Providing personal data by
Users is voluntary.
1.3. The Website and the Electronic Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18,
therefore we ask such persons not to use the Website and not to provide their personal data via
the Website.

1.4.4. Service Recipient – the User, a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an
organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity - using or
intending to use the Electronic Service.
1.4.5. Electronic Service - service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service
Recipient via the Website.
1.4.6. User – the person who uses the Website.
1.4.7. Newsletter/Webinar – Electronic Service, an electronic distribution service provided by the
Service Provider via e-mail and other means of electronic communication, which enables the
Service Recipients to automatically receive regular content to the e-mail address, including
marketing information about the Service Provider, including webinar, information about the
services provided, trainings, courses and current promotions.
2. ELEKTRONIC SERVICES – NEWSLETTER/WEBINAR
2.1. The Website allows to use the following services: Newsletter/Webinar.
2.2. The use of the Electronic Service takes place after the following conditions: clicking the
"Subscribe" field available on the Website, directing the User to the registration form, providing the
first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, checking the
checkboxes constituting consent to the content of the Terms and the Privacy Policy, clicking the
"Subscribe" field confirming subscription to the Newsletter / Webinar.
2.3. By clicking the "Subscribe" field after completing the subscription form, the contract for the
provision of the Newsletter / Webinar Electronic Service is concluded.
2.4. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter real data into the registration form, and in the event of
their change, he is obliged to update them.
2.5. The use of the Newsletter / Webinar Service is free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the
Website.
2.6. The Newsletter / Webinar Service is provided for an indefinite period.
2.7. The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Service at any time, with immediate
effect.
2.8. The Service Recipient may resign from the Newsletter / Webinar Service at any time, with
immediate effect, in particular as follows:
2.8.1. By clicking the link that allows you to unsubscribe from the Newsletter / Webinar Service at
the bottom of each Newsletter / Webinar Service message sent to the e-mail address provided
by the Service Recipient.
2.8.2. By terminating the contract, without indicating the reason, by sending an appropriate
statement, in particular via e-mail to the address indicated on the Website in the "Contact" tab
or in writing to the Service Provider's address: ul. Ordynacka 9/33, 00-364 Warsaw.
3. PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA – NEWSLETTER/ WEBINAR

3.2. The Service Recipient’s personal data is processed in the manner described in the Privacy Policy
in order to perform the contract - Electronic Newsletter / Webinar Service. All rights of the Service
Recipient related to the processing of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy.
4. WEBSITE:
4.1. The Website and its content are subject to intellectual property rights of the Service Provider or its
licensors and are protected by law.
4.2. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the Service Provider's IT system:
computer, laptop, smartphone or other multimedia device with Internet access, access to e-mail,
and in the case of SMS messages, a smartphone with Internet access, enabling reading SMS
messages.
4.3. The use of some functionalities of the Website may require the User to provide his personal data,
e.g. name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, company name. The rules for
the processing of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy.
4.4. The User is obliged to use the Website and Electronic Services in a manner consistent with the
law and morality with respect for personal rights, protection of personal data and the rights of other
Users and third parties, including copyrights and intellectual property rights. Any unlawful activities
that may interfere with the functioning of the Website or Electronic Services are prohibited.
4.5. The User is prohibited from providing illegal content.
4.6. The Service Provider reserves the right to: (1) amend, supplement and delete the information
provided on the Website at any time; (2) interruptions in the provision of Electronic Services,
including those caused by a breakdown, system errors, works on updating, maintenance or
changes in the Website's software; (3) stop the provision of the Electronic Services.
5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
5.1. Complaints related to the functioning of the Website and the Electronic Services may be submitted
to the Service Provider, in particular via e-mail to the Service Provider's address indicated in the
"Contact" tab or in writing to the following address: ul. Ordynacka 9/33, 00-364 Warsaw.
5.2. The Service Provider will recognize the complaint within 14 working days. The Service Provider's
response will be sent to the User's e-mail address provided in the complaint or in writing to the
address provided by the User.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend and modify these Terms. Any changes will be
made available to Users via the Website.
6.2. Amendments to the Terms are effective from the moment of their publication in the manner
specified above. Further use of the Website after the publication of the current Terms constitutes
consent to its amended content. In the event of disagreement, the User has the right to resign
from using the Website and Electronic Services.
6.3. In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
