Wprowadzenie

Moduł Google Analytics 360 w WitCloud eksportuje oraz dostosowuje dane tworzone przez Google Analytics tak, aby platforma WitCloud miała do nich dostęp oraz mogła z nich w pełni korzystać. Rozszerza on schemat danych o takie pola jak crmMetrics, crmDimensions, clicks, impressions, cost i inne.

Przykład działania

1. Konfigurujemy moduł w platformie poprzez nadanie dostępu do tabeli Google Analytics 360
2. Ustawiamy moduł w harmonogramie - dane będą kopiowane w całości, dodatkowo zostaną dostawione nowe pola pozwalające na import danych biznesowych i mediowych
3. Po przetworzeniu tabeli można skorzystać z innych modułów raportowych, importu danych lub atrybucji, które są z nią zintegrowane.

Schemat danych

Docelowa tabela Google Analytics jest bardzo obszerna, zawiera kilkaset metryk i wymiarów. Na zielono zostały zaznaczone pola, które zostaną wzbogacone w stosunku do standardowej tabeli eksportowanej przez Google Analytics.

Zanim zaczniesz

Wymagany dostęp do tabeli Google Analytics 360

W celu skorzystania z tego moduły należy posiadać dostęp do tabeli sesji zrzucanej do BigQuery przez Google Analytics Premium, oraz do usługi w samym Google Analytics. WitCloud działa na kopii tabel Google Analytics więc konieczne jest nadanie platformie stosownych uprawnień! Rozwiń poniższe sekcje żeby dowiedzieć się jak to zrobić.

Skopiuj Service Account projektu WitCloud

W menu po lewej stronie wybierz "Settings" a następnie "Projects" (1). Z listy projektów wybierz właściwy a następnie rozwiń szczegóły klikając w ikonkę koła zębatego (2).

W widoku szczegółów dostępna jest informacja o adresie Service Account - technicznym adresie email projektu, używanym do autoryzacji użytkownika WitClouda w serwisach Google. Klikając ikonkę skopiujesz adres do schowka.

Nadaj dostęp do tabeli Google Analytics 360 poprzez Service Account

W celu udostępnienia danych Google Analytics 360 należy wejść do BigQuery, w menu z lewej strony wyszukać właściwy dataset po czym wybrać w opcję “share dataset”.

Następnie należy na adres email wygenerowany przez WitCloud (Service Account) nadać następujące role: BigQuery Data Editor (Edytujący dane BigQuery), BigQuery User (Użytkownik BigQuery)

Rozpocznij tworzenie modułu

Z menu po lewej stronie wybierz zakładkę Collect, następnie kliknij w przycisk Add new Data Collect.

Z listy dostępnych modułów wybieramy Google Analytics 360.

Początkowe ustawienia

W pierwszym kroku mamy do wypełnienia tylko jedno pole.

Collect name - nazwa naszego modułu. Będzie on widoczny pod tą nazwą w innych miejscach w platformie.

Autoryzacja z Google BigQuery i Google Analytics

W następnym kroku musimy nadać dostęp aplikacji WitCloud do BigQuery oraz naszej usługi Google Analytics. Jest to konieczne aby WitCloud mógł zaciągnąć dane oraz ustawienia dotyczące usługi Google Analytics.

WARNING

Autoryzacja z Google BigQuery jest realizowana poprzez nadanie dostępów dla Service Account. Ten krok został opisany w sekcji "Zanim zaczniesz". Jeśli pominąłeś ten krok koniecznie wykonaj to teraz!!

W przypadku poprawnej autoryzacji w BigQuery, po naciśnięciu przycisku "Refresh" będzie możliwość wybrania Projektu, Datasetu BigQuery oraz Tabeli, w której znajdują się dane Google Analytics 360.

Następnie w nowym oknie z listy wybieramy email, który posiada dostęp do usługi Google Analytics, która chcemy ustawić w WitCloud. Po wyborze pojawi się okno z dostępami, które musimy nadać. Wybór należy potwierdzić naciskając przycisk allow.

W następnym kroku wybieramy konto Google Analytics której dotyczą dane z wcześniej wybranej tabeli BigQuery. Gotowe! Po naciśnięciu przycisku Finish konfiguracja modułu zostanie utworzona.

Ustawienie modułu w harmonogramie

Twój moduł jest już utworzony w WitCloud 📊. Ostatnim krokiem jest ustalenie za jaki zakres czasu potrzebujesz pobrać dane historyczne. Harmonogram pobierania danych bierzących zostanie utworzony automatycznie

Wpisz odpowiedni zakres i naciśnij przycisk Finish.
