Billing

Here you will find detailed information on how to efficiently manage your WitCloud subscription. Not sure how to activate your subscription, update company details, or download an invoice? You're in the right place!


👨‍💻 Log in to Your Account

After logging into the platform, go to the billing section by clicking the Billing button located in the bottom left corner of the sidebar.





📝 How to Set Up Payments?

If your subscription is inactive, you will see the following screen.



💡 Tip: On this screen, you can check how many days of your free trial period are remaining.


Click the Upgrade to paid plan button.





Next, fill out the form with the following details:


  1. Credit card information
  2. Invoice email address
  3. Billing address
  4. Company information (including VAT number)

Finally, click the Subscribe button to activate your subscription.



📑 Where to Find Invoices?

In the Invoices tab, you can view and download invoices for the current and previous billing periods. To download an invoice, click the download icon shown in the screenshot below.





🔧 Editing Details

To update your subscription details, click Manage my subscription in the Billing section.





In the subscription management panel, you can update your:


  • Payment method (credit card details)
  • Billing address
  • Company details





❌ Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.


To do this, go to the Billing section and click Manage my subscription.





Then, click Cancel subscription.




💵 How Much Does It Cost?

The WitCloud pricing model is simple and consists of two elements:

  1. Subscription cost – a fixed monthly fee of $125 USD.
  2. Configured module cost – for each active module (Collect, Process, Report), an additional $10 USD per month is added to the subscription.

🎁 Free Limit

Every WitCloud subscription includes a free limit of 10 modules. This means that the first 10 modules can be configured at no extra cost – you only pay the fixed subscription fee of $125 USD.



📌 Billing Examples


✅ Example 1

A user has one project in WitCloud and has configured:

  • 4x Facebook Ads accounts
  • 4x Google Ads accounts
  • 1x Google Analytics account

➡️ Total number of modules: 4 + 4 + 1 = 9
➡️ WitCloud service cost: $125 USD

The number of modules is within the free limit (10), so the user only pays the fixed subscription fee.



✅ Example 2

A user has three projects in WitCloud, structured as follows:


📌 Project 1 – Polish Market

  • WooCommerce
  • Facebook Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • Criteo
  • All-in-One report
  • Total: 7 modules

📌 Project 2 – Hungarian Market

  • WooCommerce
  • Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Criteo
  • All-in-One report
  • Total: 5 modules

📌 Project 3 – English Market

  • WooCommerce
  • Facebook Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • TradeDoubler
  • All-in-One report
  • Total: 7 modules

➡️ Total number of configured modules: 7 + 5 + 7 = 19
➡️ Number of billable modules: 19 - 10 (free limit) = 9
➡️ WitCloud service cost: $125 USD + (9 × $10 USD) = $125 USD + $90 USD = $215 USD



With this model, you only pay for actual usage, and the first 10 modules are free.
